We Are Pleased To Share With You Our Beautiful Home.  After Fifteen Years Of Proud Service In Our Previous Location, We Have Been Delighted To Have Opened The Doors To This Locale.  Our Goal Is To Continue Pleasing Our Friends And To Welcome New Patrons Ready For A Cultural And Gastronomic Adventure.  Mexico Is A Land Of Capricious Geography, Of Myths, And Of Untamed Creative Energy.  It Is A Fascinating Society, Proud Of Its Ancestry And Open To A Continuous Evolution.

The History Of Mexico Is Rich Because It Is Not Only A Confluence Of The Cultures That Grew On Its Native Soil.  The Fertile Earth Of Mexico Embraced the World Cultures, Shaping Them And Absorbing Them To Create A New Identity.  The Millions Of Stories Of Men And Women Who Came To Make Mexico Their Land Also Came To Enrich Its Palate.  If The Humble Tomato And Other Native Plants And Fruits Made a Trip Across The Sea, They Came Back Loaded With Innumberable Flavors, Steeped In Colorful New Dishes, Improving, Expanding, Surprising The Old Delicacies With The Spicy Flavors Of The Mexican Chayote, The Jicama, The Chiles, The Tomatillo, The Huitlacoche, And So On.

Tequilas Is A Showcase For Culinary Delights As Well As A Feast For All The Other Senses.  Just Look Around You, Listen, Smell, And Taste The Complex And Fascinating Contrasts Of Mexico.  "El Catrin" Is An Icon Made Famous By The Mexican Engraver Jose Guadalupe Posada.  "Catrin" Is A Mexican Term To Mock Pretentious Elegance.  The Catrines Have Entered Into The Old Tequila's Without Disturbing Its Modesty.

To all those who made this new place possible, A very huge Thank You!

Salud Y Buen Provecho
