  • LOBSTER BISQUE - mexican style lobster bisque with corn, crisp tortillas, mulato peppers & queso fresco

  • ARUGULA SALAD - arugula, romaine, beets, pears and strawberries with a hibiscus vinaigrette

    MAIN COURSE (choice of one):
  • GRILLED SALMON - grilled salmon fillet marinated with mustard and pumpkin seed served over a rice cake infused with lobster, crabmeat and shrimp, over a butternut and chile chipotle sauce
  • COWBOY STEAK - 14oz rib eye steak seasoned with fine mexican herbs, served with a sauce made of pulque, sesame seed, pasilla and chipotle peppers
  • DUCK BREAST - baked duck breast, served with rose petal mole over potato puree with slices of grilled zucchini and panela cheese
  • SHRIMP DIABLA - jumbo shrimp marinated with pasilla and ancho peppers, flamed broiled with tequila served over scallops and poblano infused orzo in a sauce with tamarind and piquin pepper

  • STUFFED POBLANO PEPPERS - a pair of poblano peppers stuffed with oaxaca cheese, portobello mushrooms, corn, tomato and zucchini with a basil pesto
